The Slaughters in the Cotswolds

A sunny few days in the Cotswolds where we stayed in a converted barn on the outskirts of Upper Slaughter overlooking the rear garden of the Lords of the Manor hotel.  If you are looking for a good place to be based in the Cotswolds – this is pretty central to most of the places we like to go and utterly charming in its own right.1

A walk along the river to Lower Slaughter and an early morning breakfast at the Old Mill cafe where we also found a lovely sheepskin rug to carry home.3

Rach and I had a little time for ourselves with lunch at No. 131 in nearby Cheltenham which had young fresh vibe to go with our tasty and fresh dishes.5
