Over several days, we got to know the lions of Marsh pride – learning the history, their hunting patterns and their daily tales of survival. Nearby, the competing band of six brothers threatened to displace Marsh pride.

Only a couple of miles away, six brothers relaxing after last night’s meal of warm hippo.  The cubs of Marsh Pride would be killed if the two groups came together.
